• What's included in my order?

  Each order includes your selected quantity of scratch-off products — whether that's scratch-off stickers, DIY scratch-off cards, or scratch-off game cards. Specific inclusions are listed on each product page. Markers and writing tools are not included.
• How do scratch-off stickers work?

  Scratch-off stickers are adhesive labels with a scratch-off coating. Write or stamp your message or design in the blank area, apply the sticker to the surface, and the recipient scratches to reveal the surprise.
• How do DIY scratch-off cards work?

  DIY scratch-off cards come with a blank area to write your message (with a marker). Then cover that message up with the included scratch-off sticker. Then hand them out for recipients to scratch and discover. Scratch Off with a coin or scratcher chip. Do not use fingernails.
• How do scratch-off game cards work?

  Scratch-off game cards are pre-designed with a game format- 24 Sorry non winning cards and 2 winners. Extra winners are available. Distribute to players, and award a prize (not included) to the winner. Winning cards are marked with a removeable sticker for easy planning purposes.
• What do I use to write on the scratch-off products?

  A marker works best for writing in the blank areas. Pencil and pen are not recommended as they may leave indentations. Markers are not included with your order.
• Can I use these for parties, events, or fundraisers?

  Yes! Our scratch-off stickers, DIY cards, and game cards are popular for birthday parties, baby showers, school fundraisers, corporate events, and more.
• Are these products safe for kids?

  Yes, our products are designed with classroom and family use in mind. Always supervise young children during use.
• What pack sizes are available?

  DIY Cards are available in 20, 50, 250, and 500. Game Cards are available in packs of 26. Scratch Off Stickers are available in 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and more.
• Can I order in bulk for schools or corporate use?

  Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for large orders. Contact us directly for wholesale or bulk quote requests.
• What is your return policy?

  My Scratch Offs gladly offers courtesy returns within 30 days of receipt of order. All courtesy returns are subject to a 15% restock fee; original shipping costs incurred by My Scratch Offs to ship will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized by email at: info@myscratchoffs.com. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ship back the item with the RMA number enclosed. All returns must be in 100% resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the order is received and deemed to be 100% resalable. Custom orders are non-refundable. All print colors are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Exchanges: We ask that all exchange requests are made within 45 days of receiving the product. You can exchange the product for any product we sell. If the product you are exchanging for is more than the original product, we will send a payment link for the difference.
