All returns must be authorized by email at: info@myscratchoffs.com. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ship back the item with the RMA number enclosed. All returns must be in 100% resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the order is received and deemed to be 100% resalable. Custom orders are non-refundable.
