What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard custom packages begin at 100 cards. Available quantities and the number of included variations are shown on each package page.

What information do I need before ordering?

Be ready to choose your card size, quantity, number of variations, and the quantity needed for each variation. We will also need the message that goes beneath the scratch area, your artwork or brand details, and any important event or delivery date.

What is a variation?

A variation is anything that changes beneath the scratch area, including different prizes, discounts, messages, codes, or non-winning cards. You can order different quantities of each variation—even just one grand-prize card.

Who designs the cards?

You decide. Send print-ready artwork created by your designer, or let the My Scratch Offs design team help bring your idea to life. Every custom order includes a digital proof before printing.

How long does a custom order take?

Standard production is 14 business days after we receive all required design information. Timeline is approximate and is not guaranteed. Shipping time is additional. Rush service may be available for an added cost, so contact the team before ordering if you have a firm event date.

Can every card reveal something different?

We include a set amount of variations for the total amount of cards ordered. If each card reveals something unique, we can do this! It is called Variable Data printing. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Can I use my logo and brand colors?

Yes. Custom cards are professionally printed in full color on the front and back using your logo, artwork, brand colors, messaging, and offer.
