Founded in August 2008, My Scratch Offs is a Certified Woman Owned Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to making creative promotions easy and affordable.
Our mission is simple: provide high-quality scratch off products, exceptional customer service, and flexible ordering options for businesses, schools, nonprofits, and individuals. Unlike many competitors that require large wholesale minimums, we proudly offer low minimum order quantities, making custom and DIY scratch off products accessible to organizations of every size.
We also proudly wholesale to the promotional products industry and are committed to helping distributors, agencies, and businesses create memorable marketing campaigns.

Karen, Founder & Creative Executive
Karen is the owner of My Scratch Offs, a Veteran & Woman Owned business she launched in 2008. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, she turned a simple idea into an innovative line of scratch off products now used by thousands of businesses, schools, nonprofits, and families.
She leads product development, graphic design, branding, marketing, and daily business operations. Outside of work, she's a proud mom of two daughters who occasionally help at My Scratch Offs and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth, Chief Happiness Officer
Since 2017, Elizabeth has been the friendly face behind My Scratch Offs, leading Customer Service, Sales, and Production while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Her mission is simple: make every customer experience exceptional. She also plays a key role in quality assurance, ensuring every order meets My Scratch Offs' high standards.
Known as our resident Caffeination Expert, Elizabeth enjoys drinking coffee, roasting coffee, and, naturally, thinking about coffee. When she's not fueled by her latest brew, she's busy embracing her inner video game nerd.
Paul, Production Manager
Paul keeps production running smoothly from start to finish. He leads our production teams, manages machine operations, shipping and receiving, and helps protect against product loss. Organized, dependable, and always ready to keep things moving, Paul is an essential part of the My Scratch Offs team.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll usually find him at home wrangling his kittens.
David, Chief Graphic Designer
David is the creative talent behind every custom order at My Scratch Offs. As our design guru, he transforms customers' ideas into polished, professional artwork with an incredible eye for detail. His creativity and dedication help bring thousands of unique scratch off projects to life each year.
When he's not designing, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary-Margaret.
Oliver, Production Assistant
Oliver is our millennial task driven machine. Once set-up with a task Oliver works well quietly and efficiently. He doesn’t like to be set up for failure and really enjoys his weekends off!
Lizzie & Emma, Production Assistant
Lizzie supports the My Scratch Offs team by leading the production of all of our label strips. Lizzie is a pivotal member of our production team as her roles include both preparation and quality assurance.
Rosie & Posie, Quality Assurance Experts
Rosie and Posie are our behind the scenes marvels. They work tirelessly to ensure the accuracy of our rolled products. While they are new to our business- they do have experience within the label industry.
Giselle, Quality Assurance Expert
Giselle is a team player but also works autonomously to ensure the accuracy of our scratch off cards. She has years of experience in the print industry and loves to count, recount and then count some more.
Stan, Production Assistant, Retired
Stan is an important member of the MSO production team. He is our gray bearded industry veteran who is somewhat quiet-natured yet task driven. Once set-up with a task Stan works well independently and efficiently.
