Shipping policy

My Scratch Offs offers a wide variety of shipping options, to meet your time line and cost needs. We ship all non-custom orders within 1-2 business days. Custom order processing time varies; contact us for details. Transit times begin once the product has been shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number and you can check the status at any time by emailing us at: info@myscratchoffs.com.

By completing your purchase, you agree/understand the following:

-We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order is purchased.  All orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered upon checkout.

-We will require a signature confirmation for all order deliveries totaling and over $100.00 USD and will ship via UPS Ground.

-My Scratch Offs is not responsible for loss/damage on any order signed for prior to delivery through UPS.

-Any address corrections made through UPS post shipment will require an address correction fee.  The customer is responsible for any address correction fee through UPS and will be billed by My Scratch Offs. 

- Any order returned undeliverable to My Scratch Offs will have the product total refunded upon return receipt to us, less original shipping costs paid for by My Scratch Offs at the time of purchase and any return shipping costs/fees.

-International Orders:  All customs/VAT fees are the responsibility of the consumer.**

-USPS First Class Mail Packages to Canada will have customs/fees/taxes pre-paid. Only Canada USPS First Class Mail will have customs fees pre-paid. Customs/fees/taxes for all other countries/methods of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party, Hotel, and Tradeshow Deliveries:

Customers are entirely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and properly formatted shipping addresses for all orders. This includes deliveries routed to third-party entities, hotels, forwarding services, or tradeshow warehouses.
When shipping to these locations, you must include all required delivery details, such as:
  • Recipient name (e.g., guest name, booth number, or attention to)
  • Company or event name
  • Specific delivery instructions required by the venue
Our team will not research, verify, or correct formatting for third-party or venue addresses. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or undelivered shipments resulting from insufficient, incorrect, or missing address information provided at checkout.

Transit Times /Tracking Information:

All displayed delivery dates are estimates.  We are unable to guarantee exact receipt dates unless specifically expressed by a representative of My Scratch Offs.  Shipping times depend on the shipping option you select. You can use our Shipping Calculator feature in the shopping cart. Input your ship-to zip code and hit “Calculate Shipping” to determine options.

Lost or Misdelivered Shipments & Claims Protocol
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if you suspect your package is lost in transit, you must contact our customer support team immediately at info@myscratchoffs.com.
Please note the following strict guidelines regarding shipping claims:
  • 10-Day Notification Window: You must contact us within 10 calendar days from the marked delivery date (or the final estimated delivery date if the package is stuck in transit).
  • Carrier Deadlines: If you do not notify us within this 10-day window, we will be unable to file a claim with the carrier, and we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
  • Do Not File Claims Independently: Do not file a claim directly with USPS, UPS, or any other carrier.
  • Merchant-Managed Claims: As the shipper, we must initiate and manage all official carrier claims. Filing a claim independently prior to contacting us complicates the investigation and may void your eligibility for replacements or refunds.
