Your custom artwork is printed around the white writing area. After receiving the cards, you write your own message inside the white area and cover it with one of the included scratch-off stickers.

What size are the cards?
Each card measures 4" × 3" in landscape orientation or 3" × 4" in portrait orientation. You may choose whichever orientation works best for your design.
What part of the card can I customize?
Everything outside the 1.75" round white writeable area can be customized. Add your logo, colors, photos, wording, graphics, branding, or other artwork.
What is the white circle used for?
The white circle is the writeable area. After receiving the cards, you write your message, prize, discount, reward, clue, or announcement inside the circle with a marker. You then cover the message with one of the included scratch off stickers.
Do you print the hidden messages for me?
No. This is a DIY scratch off product. We professionally print the custom card design, but you write the hidden message after receiving the cards. This allows you to create different messages or outcomes using the same card design.
Can every card have a different hidden message?
Yes. Because you write the messages yourself, you can place the same message on every card or create different prizes, discounts, rewards, or announcements.
Are the scratch off stickers included?
Yes. Your order includes 1,000 round scratch off stickers in your choice of silver or gold. The stickers measure 2 inches round and are large enough to completely cover the 1.75" white area.
Can I choose square scratch off stickers instead?
Yes. Square scratch off stickers are available upon request. Contact us before ordering to confirm the available size and color options.
Can I provide my own card design?

Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof is included. Printing will not begin until the proof has been approved.

How long does production take?

Scratch-off stickers are adhesive labels with a scratch-off coating. Write or stamp your message or design in the blank area, apply the sticker to the surface, and the recipient scratches to reveal the surprise. -
How do DIY scratch-off cards work?
DIY scratch-off cards come with a blank area to write your message (with a marker). Then cover that message up with the included scratch-off sticker. Then hand them out for recipients to scratch and discover. Scratch Off with a coin or scratcher chip. Do not use fingernails. -
How do scratch-off game cards work?
Scratch-off game cards are pre-designed with a game format- 24 Sorry non winning cards and 2 winners. Extra winners are available. Distribute to players, and award a prize (not included) to the winner. Winning cards are marked with a removeable sticker for easy planning purposes. -
What do I use to write on the scratch-off products?
A marker works best for writing in the blank areas. Pencil and pen are not recommended as they may leave indentations. Markers are not included with your order. -

What is your return policy?
My Scratch Offs gladly offers courtesy returns within 30 days of receipt of order. All courtesy returns are subject to a 15% restock fee; original shipping costs incurred by My Scratch Offs to ship will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized by email at: info@myscratchoffs.com. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ship back the item with the RMA number enclosed. All returns must be in 100% resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the order is received and deemed to be 100% resalable. Custom orders are non-refundable. All print colors are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Exchanges: We ask that all exchange requests are made within 45 days of receiving the product. You can exchange the product for any product we sell. If the product you are exchanging for is more than the original product, we will send a payment link for the difference.
