How Scratch Off Stickers Work
- Write or print your hidden message on your card, worksheet, coupon, invitation, or other material.
- Make sure the message fits completely underneath the scratch off sticker.
- Apply by tabber, labeler (requires a 3" cardboard core), or hand apply. Peel the sticker from the backing and place it over the hidden message.
- Press firmly so the sticker adheres smoothly.
- For best results, allow 48 hours for the adhesive to fully bond to the card before scratching.
- Let the recipient scratch with a coin or Scratcher Chip to reveal the message. Do not use a fingernail. A coin or Scratcher Chip is recommended for a cleaner reveal.

First off, I was so excited to find this scratch off item on Amazon. It's exactly what I needed to complete a Christmas gift. It showed up in 2 business days. Packaged well. My mom loves scratch tickets. My husband and I were surprising my parents with a Disney trip for Christmas and I came up with a scratch ticket idea for the big reveal. I made 5 tickets on Excel (they read U, R, Flying, 2, Disney). Everything sized just right so the 1 inch scratch of fit perfect over each box. It went just as expected on the big day. They scratched off easily and had no issues with peeling or scratching into the pictures or paper under it. Very happy! Added a few pictures of the tickets before, finished and after being scratched.

Just what I was looking for
These will stick to paper, but it's easy to lift the sticker by the corner, peek underneath and replace it. If you're just interested in having something fun that's "like" a scratch ticket, these may work for you, but it's way too easy to cheat.
