What is a promotional variation?

A variation is anything that changes beneath the scratch area, including different prizes, discounts, messages, codes, or non-winning cards. You can order different quantities of each variation—even just one grand-prize card.

Who designs the cards?

You decide. Send print-ready artwork created by your designer, or let the My Scratch Offs design team help bring your idea to life. Every custom order includes a digital proof before printing.

How long does a custom order take?

The standard production timeline is 14 business days after final artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. Rush service may be available for an added cost, so contact the team before ordering if you have a firm event date.

Can every card reveal something different?

We include a set amount of variations for the total amount of cards ordered. If each card reveals something unique, we can do this! It is called Variable Data printing. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Can I use my logo and brand colors?

Yes. Custom cards are professionally printed in full color on the front and back using your logo, artwork, brand colors, messaging, and offer.
