Refund policy

My Scratch Offs gladly offers courtesy returns within 30 days of receipt of order. All courtesy returns are subject to a 15% restock fee; original shipping costs incurred by My Scratch Offs to ship will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized by email at: info@myscratchoffs.com. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ship back the item with the RMA number enclosed. All returns must be in 100% resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the order is received and deemed to be 100% resalable.

Custom orders are non-refundable. All print colors are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Exchanges:  We ask that all exchange requests are made within 45 days of receiving the product.  You can exchange the product for any product we sell.  If the product you are exchanging for is more than the original product, we will send a payment link for the difference.  Exchanges are subject to a 15% restock fee, along with return shipping costs.  Contact us at info@myscratchoffs.com or 618.416.1623 to start the process.  We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Please ship back the unwanted product with the RMA number marked on the package.  All returns must be in unopened, 100% resellable condition.  Please be sure to hang on to the tracking number of the return shipment.  When we receive back the unwanted product, we will send a link to pay for the new shipment, based on the shipping option that works best for you.  Once the new shipment is paid for, we will ship out the new product.

TAX REFUNDS ON TAX EXEMPT ORDERS

If you place an order and are exempt, we are unable to refund tax.  You will need to fill out the tax exemption form found in our main menu (under main header Resources).  Any returned orders will have tax refunded.
