Refund policy

My Scratch Offs gladly offers courtesy returns within 30 days of receipt of order. All courtesy returns are subject to a 15% restock fee; original shipping costs incurred by My Scratch Offs to ship cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized by email at: info@myscratchoffs.com. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ship back the item with the RMA number enclosed. All returns must be in 100% resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the order is received and deemed to be 100% resalable.

All orders over $100 USD will ship with a signature requirement for delivery.  My Scratch Offs is not responsible for any loss due to an order not being physically signed for at the time of receipt.  

Any order returned undeliverable to My Scratch Offs will have the product total refunded upon return receipt to us, less original shipping costs paid for by My Scratch Offs at the time of purchase and any return shipping costs/fees.

Custom orders are non-refundable. All print colors are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Exchanges:  We ask that all exchange requests are made within 45 days of receiving the product.  You can exchange the product for any product we sell.  If the product you are exchanging for is more than the original product, we will send a payment link for the difference.  Contact us at info@myscratchoffs.com or 618.416.1623 to start the process.  We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Please ship back the unwanted product with the RMA number marked on the package.  All returns must be in unopened, 100% resellable condition.  Please be sure to hang on to the tracking number of the return shipment.  When we receive back the unwanted product, we will send a link to pay for the new shipment, based on the shipping option that works best for you.  Once the new shipment is paid for, we will ship out the new product.
